I don't like drawing hyperbolic paraboloids. =( (Yes, I spent 2+ hours trying to do just one question for my maths tutorial... and my drawing still sucks. :( )

In other news, I have sit-in lab so I have to strive to be a mugger now. I am... worried about sit-in labs. :(

First week and I'm this tired already. >.< WHY DO I HAVE TO END AT 9PM?! And my poor earrings today. They look ready to fall apart anytime soon >.<

On the other hand, today was a pretty awesome day! I saw lots of people around school. I saw Ruiyi in the morning! =) And I hardly see Joanne normally (even though I eat at business canteen quite often) but today I saw her! (while I was with Nat and Manda!) (The funny thing was that the only reason why they were at business was because I said that they *might* get to see her there and they actually did. xD) Then we saw Momo with a girl! :D :D :D Saw HL, Sara and Qian too! Another rare find was seeing Ziwei at the bus-stop at 9pm+ LOL, small world indeed for today. xD

In other news, I know what a parabola is! =) I also know what a hyperbola is! :p A hyperbolic paraboloid is really hard to visualise... but now I know how to describe the shape of a saddle/Pringles. xD

I got my other two modules! Namely GEM2900 and MA2213. At exorbitant prices though. xD GEM2900 took 400 points in my G account (D:) and MA2213 took 343 points. Sucks to be me. >.<

In any case, decided not to overload this term. I'll take MA2216/ST2131 next sem because it's one of the last few modules that I can take with my friends. >.< Also planning to go SEP... But I don't really know where I want to go. Got 3 choices to choose and I've sort of chosen one already. 2 more choices to go!

In other news, I am sick. I have no idea when I can complete my assignment, seeing that I feel like sleeping every time I look at it. >.< Tired... =(

But I've completed all my driving lessons! Though I made tons of mistakes in the last few lessons still. >.< Oh wells, hopefully I can pass my driving test, though I haven't booked it yet. xD

I didn't get my freshmen seminar because the bidding shot up to 400+ during closed bidding. xD In any case, I didn't really want to spend 400+ points on that even though doing a freshmen seminar might be kind of fun. I guess it'll be more appealing if it were easier to get into one. :p

In any case, 410 thing on Sunday was fun! :) Cake-baking was awesome. xD And bumper-car time~ :) And got to do assignment 2 once I get back. >.< And I fully intend to finish fall in harvest moon.. otherwise I'll get very confused on which plant is which. xD

[Slight trivia: The Chinese reading of Japanese kanji is not actually the Chinese reading sometimes. I mean, which part of 去年　sounds like きょねん(kyonen)? In any case, the Japanese learnt Chinese bit by bit, so it's actually possible to trace our language using the Japanese language (though kind of hard to) In any case, kyonen probably doesn't come from Chinese... mainly because my grandma says kyonen when she wants to say 去年. xD (Nah, she speaks in dialect, not that she's Japanese) 日本 also sounds like にっぽん when she says it too. So moral of story, Chinese reading of Japanese kanji might actually be a mesh of dialect/actual Chinese. + Our version of Chinese is actually really very young (only 200+ years old) while our dialects are really old + I can attempt to speak Japanese to my grandma and she'll probably get it. ]

In other news, I can see stereograms! *excited*

So I have been playing Harvest Moon Sunshine Islands... It is fun! :p Although my playing speed is kind of slow. It's still first year, end of Summer. >.< I don't really look forward to Fall because of the fact that there'll be a lot of rain. :( (Calculations will be tougher. xD And then you guys start thinking, "Harvest Moon where got calculations one??" xD) In any case, this is also one of the first games that I actually printed out stuff for. I.e. the Sun Stone Check List! :p

Also, cut my hair. Looks horrible but sis has already attempted to cheer me up but giving me something that is authentic and has a hoodie. If you can guess what it is, congrats! :p In any case, it is <3 and I shall take good care of it. *nods head*

I also finished my assignment, but there is one small bug in it. Or rather, my if statement isn't exactly correct. In any case, brother started playing FF12, and we concluded (after watching him) that FF12 is like... very CS-ish. I mean, gambits are like your if, elseif statements, right? :p If health drops below -blah-, then do something, elseif got enemy nearby, attack/cast spell etc. My sis says that the system is getting more and more complicated, but my brother and I don't exactly agree. Maybe because we're both taking CS. HMMM.

Also, went to aunt's house for Christmas. We played Secret Santa also, with hilarious results. And I secured myself a pair of earrings. :)

Also, ended up watching some bits of the EOY music shows. I like MSSL best, because most of the singing was slightly off-tune or of lower quality when I watched FNS Kayousai and Best Artist. And of course, the fact that there was no KK at Best Artist didn't help. I was kind of shocked xD In retrospect, it was kind of funny how shocked I was. :p

In all, it's been a good year and I've really grown up this year. What with my internship near the start of the year, and starting university life. Hope next year will be good too~

Last exam tomorrow~

Or rather, this afternoon. >.< (Don't ask me why I'm awake at 4am in the morning) Yay, jiayou! 6 hrs of sleep! <3 I hope there'll be easy questions. (ahaha, who doesn't??)
